Client IP: Content, data, or files uploaded by clients remain the property of the client.

AI Outputs: Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use AI outputs for permitted business purposes under these Terms.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as-is” and SuirflowAI makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or outcomes.

SuirflowAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

Users assume all responsibility for decisions made based on AI outputs.

9. Termination

User accounts may be terminated if:

Services are used for unlawful or harmful purposes

Terms of service or contracts are breached

Financial obligations (e.g., payment) are not met

Users may also cancel their accounts at any time.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Ireland/EU law.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.

If unresolved, disputes may be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
